End of Week 2....

Ok, so this week has not been a great one!

Hubby has been off this week, which is great, but our diets have unfortunately been put on hold! It started well, with all great intentions and tracking, but it kind of got left as we quickly fell into our old routines.

As he's been off, we've not been so rigid about mealtimes and I forgot to plan meals as I didn't have to pack him up for work.

We've been walking for a few hours every day, but we also ate things that we both know we should be staying clear of, although steak and ale pie is so yummy!

While there has been no weight loss, but no weight gain either, so I'm not too distraught. I'm not beating myself up about it, and unlike my dieting mentality before, I know that it is not a sprint, it's a marathon (not the chocolate bar, for those of you who are as old as me and remember it!) and it'll take time to get there. No rush :)
