Hi! This is the first of a series of Allergy Free Recipes!

As you know, Mikey has food allergies so we do a lot of home cooking. We also like to do it because it's fun!

Here is a very easy recipe for a yummy dairy free treat!

Easy Creamy Jelly ( Makes 6 small or 1 large)

You will need:

1 packet of jelly (your choice of flavour)
300ml of dairy free yogurt

1. Dissolve the jelly in 1/2 a pint of boiling water.
2. Whisk in the dairy free yogurt.
3. Divide into 6 individual moulds or 1 large mould.
4. Place in fridge until set. Enjoy!

Note:

This time around, I used lime jelly with a strawberry and banana dairy free yogurt. It might sound weird, but it tasted like a Twister ice cream! Yum!

Next week, I'll be sharing a recipe for a dairy free, egg free sponge cake.
