Dairy Free and Egg Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

You will need:

2 oz Soft dairy Free Margarine

3 oz Light Brown Sugar
2 oz Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
2 drops Vanilla Essence
1 tbsp Soya Milk

1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla essence.
3. Work flour into mixture with chocolate chips to make a stiff dough. Only add milk if necessary.
4. Form the dough into a long sausage shape and cut into 18 pieces.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until tinged a golden brown.
6. Allow to cool a little on the tray as they are still a bit soft out of the oven.

Variations:

  • Leave out the chocolate chips and add some ginger for chewy ginger cookies.
  • Use raisins instead of chocolate chips.

  6. These look great, I make gluten free bakes, but I could substitute the flour for gf flour. Perfect with a big mug of tea.

  9. These look sooooo good! I don't have any allergies to dairy or eggs but I would definitely give this recipe a go - thank you so much for sharing it. I got a bit addicted to biscuits in my last pregnancy and at least these would be a healthier version :) Thanks so much for linking up to #KCACOLS and hope to see you back next week! Mim x
